Perfect weather in England-Wales, May 2009
I was reminded recently, about how we are constantly evolving, influenced by new and different ideas, experiences etc. We are not the person we were X years ago. And we should not define ourselves by our past achievements or woes. I am aware that I should continue to venture out of my comfort zones, actively think about things, set targets to achieve, to have fun, to not be stagnant. To be like a river. I am inspired. Out with the old blog. In with the new.

I am still not over my jet lag. I have re-organised my flat and got the fridge fixed [well done me!]. I am looking forward to having the cleaner around tomorrow. I went to see Kenji today. Our relationship is flourishing: he treated me to a Salmon sarnie and coffee today for lunch [which he fetched from a cafe] upon hearing about my boozy late night out, sleep deprivation and hunger, Ben the PT was not as sympathetic: I don't blame him - I showed up 10 minutes late for my 7 o'clock appointment and complained about the world spinning whenever I attempted any floor exercises.
It's bloody obvious that I will have to pull up my socks to prepare for the race in July.
Looking forward to pics of new haircut and looking forward to hearing about your trip. Welcome back:)
